Orders are processed and packed at Craigieburn within 1-3 business days. Delivery is estimated at 7-14 business days across Australia, with tracking emailed when the parcel leaves us. Seafood is packed in insulated liners with dry gel ice. Full details are in our shipping policy.

Because everything we sell is frozen and perishable, we cannot accept a change-of-mind return once an order has been dispatched. If a parcel arrives thawed, damaged or incorrect, contact us at the address in our contact information within 48 hours with photographs and we will replace the item or refund it in full.
