About ERGIN TILKI

ERGIN TILKI is a frozen seafood supplier working out of Craigieburn, at the northern edge of Melbourne. Ergin Tilki set it up for the newer suburbs around him, where a proper fishmonger is still a drive away and online groceries rarely carry shellfish.

What we sell is deliberately narrow and mostly shellfish-led: New Zealand scampi, vacuum-packed clams, coquina clams, oysters, razor clam meat, whole bread crab, baby cuttlefish, small squid, Pacific mackerel and dried sea cucumber. Ten lines, sourced from established importers and frozen down before they reach us.

Why we sell seafood frozen

Frozen seafood bought in a box and kept frozen at home wastes less than a fresh purchase that does not get cooked in time.

How an order is packed and sent

Gel ice, an insulated liner and a sealed outer carton. We pack heavy shellfish at the bottom and lighter fish on top so nothing is crushed on the way. Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days and delivery is estimated at 7 to 14 business days depending on where you are in Australia. Tracking is emailed as soon as the parcel leaves Craigieburn.

Built for Melbourne's northern growth corridor

Because Craigieburn is a growth corridor, most of our customers are families cooking for four or more. If you are unsure how much a pack feeds, the product page states the net weight, and we answer questions by email the same working day.
